Product Description

A double-duty product that both conceals and depuffs the delicate eye area.

Product Detail

This product is a concealer and “de-puffer” from CoverGirl + Olay that comes in an easy squeeze tube with a slanted metal applicator. CoverGirl claims that the metal applicator helps reduce puffiness under the eyes. As a concealer, it provides light coverage and offers the small range of natural-looking shades for light to medium skin tones. It applies smoothly, doesn’t crease, and doesn’t fade. Those with dark circles may find it doesn’t provide enough coverage. The formula contains a mix of antioxidants and emollients that moisturize and that can help smooth and soften fine lines.

The concealer doesnt go on the skin the same color it was in the bottle, so I ended up getting the wrong shade for me. Overall it felt nice and went on smooth, I just need a lighter color than the one I picked. It seemed to cover pretty well and I wish I got the right shade — I wish the shade was more obvious from the pictures.

This under eye concealer is great. It doesnt wear off easy like some other products, and its easy to apply. Super smooth and it blends really well. I would definitely recommend this to my friends who need help with their under eye circles — its done wonders for my eyes.

This eye concealer has great coverage for my medium skin tone. I would definitely recommend it to others and it will probably replace the other concealers I use for my puffy circles. The combination of Covergirl makeup and Olay moisturizers make this a great choice! Thanks Covergirl!

The applicator on this De-Puffer eye concealer is my new favorite thing in the morning. It feels so cool and fresh and I know it helps with the puffiness as long as I keep it cool. The color was a little light for me, and Im already pretty light — so you might want a shade darker than you usually get. The coverage is great, not too thick or too thin, and it blends really well with a regular makeup sponge.

I love Covergirl products so maybe Im a little biased, but this under eye concealer was great. It covered my dark circles well and it helped with my puffiness too. You do have to do a lot of blending because its really thin, but once you do the results are incredible. I will be recommending this to all my friends and Ive already bought my next one so it will be here before I run out.

Its okay. I didnt think this Covergirl concealer was any better than any others. Its a little too watery for my taste and I would like it if it was thicker. The applicator feels really cool on your skin (youre supposed to keep it cool, for it to help with puffiness) but you will have to use a sponge to smooth the concealer out — the metal tip doesnt do a very good job with spreading. I dont think Ill buy it again.

I just started using the Covergirl De-Puffer Eye Concealer and I have to say, I think Im in love with it. This stuff blends well, covers well, and has a really smooth texture when I put it on. Its a little hard to get just the right amount out, as the tube lets a lot out at a time, but once I got used to squeezing more gently I was impressed. It lasts all day and it helps with my under eye problems.

The Covergirl De-Puffer Eye Concealer with Olay is a great product that worked well for me. My eyes have been really puffy my whole life, so its hard for me to find something that helps cover them really well. Well, this concealer covered them great. Keep in mind I dont have the same dark circles some people have, so I cant really say if it helps with that. But for my puffiness, it works wonders and I would highly recommend it to anyone with this problem.

This covers so well and makes me feel like a professional did my face. Of course Im on a tight budget though, so the price is incredible. It makes me look natural and youthful, and I dont need to cake on a bunch of foundation to cover it — thats a problem I have with a lot of other concealers. My eye puffiness goes away fast, which makes it even better.

I know a lot of people like thicker concealers, but I tend to go for the lighter ones, so I liked that this one was thin. I usually buy Maybelline, but the De-Puffer was right next to the foundation I was going to get, so I figured, why not? I love the color, and I havent had any problems with creasing when I use it with my other makeup. It takes a while to get used to not squeezing — you have to let the product come out with gravity or you will get way too much! The only real problem I had with it was the smell, though. If you use Covergirl products you know the smell Im talking about!

For me, this concealer didnt really fix my puffiness problems, but it definitely did help with my discoloration problems. I was hoping for both, but something is better than nothing. I would definitely buy it again as I have really dark circles and they were completely gone when I started using this under eye concealer. Its easy to apply (as long as you dont squeeze out too much) and it covers and blends well. Highly recommend.

This under eye concealer is OK, but its not anything spectacular. It blends nicely if you know what youre doing, and it covers pretty well. Im not the most detailed with my makeup but this isnt too complicated. It helps with my discoloration, but I dont use it every day. Its nice but not a must-have. I dont see any reason why I wouldnt recommend it, though.

I was expecting this concealer to clump up like most of mine do, but its Covergirl so I shouldnt have been surprised when it didnt. It goes on really smooth and it covers my dark circles really well. I was hoping for a little more help with my puffiness, but it did help a little, so I cant be too picky. Overall I would probably recommend this to my friends who only need help with their dark circles. It seems to last a really long time, and it blends super easily.

Im still pretty new with concealer (never really needed them until I got to college!) so its a little harder to apply — Im sure that will get easier with time. The metal applicator tip feels cool against my skin and I think it helps with puffiness. I would consider it multi-purpose because I use it to help cover pimples, too. It blends and covers well and it doesnt seem to clump up on me. It takes a lot longer to apply than I was expecting, but I like it so far.

This Covergirl Olay under eye concealer is so wonderful. Its made its way into my daily makeup routine, even on the days that I dont wear other makeup. The consistency is nice and smooth, and it really works on my under eye bags (I was a bit skeptical that it would help since Ive seen so many reviews that say it didnt). It looks very natural and doesnt settle in my fine lines or pores. I think the results last, too, because the longer I use it the less puffiness I have to treat every day. Its amazing!

I have always had undereye puffiness problems and I was hoping that this concealer would help. Well, the applicator seemed to pull at my skin more than it helped apply the product, so I wasnt happy about that. The concealer didnt really cover anything, it was too watery. I gave it a few chances but I was not impressed with how this concealer worked.

Mostly I really like this product. It goes on smooth and covers my blemishes pretty well. BUT it doesn’t last very long, I have to reapply it every few hours. It has a tendency to settle into my fine lines and creases too, which was disappointed. I dont want to have to choose between my wrinkles or my blemishes, but I will because it does such a good job with my discoloration. I just need to invest in a better primer.

I am a big Loreal fan, so I had really high expectations for this concealer. Sadly, it didnt meet my expectations — Im pretty disappointed about that. I found out right away you cant squeeze the tube or a whole bunch will squeeze out, and its pretty much wasted. You have to let it come out on its own. OK… Second try. I didnt really see any difference in puffiness, when I put it on with a makeup sponge instead of the applicator. I had a hard time getting it to blend too.

The De-Puffer feels very refreshing and soothing when you use it. I like the metal tip on the applicator, I havent seen any other concealers that I have that. I assume thats supposed to help with puffiness. My eyes feel super moisturized too, but I have to use another concealer over the top of this — its more like a lightly pigmented face cream. It doesnt have the coverage I was looking for. But it does work like a moisturizing primer, and it helps keep my other makeup from settling into my face.

Im 18 years old so I dont understand how this concealer made me look wrinkly. It settled into every crease right away. I have never had to use a primer with my concealer before so I dont really want to start now. It was hard to apply, it didnt cover very well, and it was really thin. It has a sort of unnatural color too… I didnt like it and I wont buy it again.

I have tried a lot of different concealers to try to help with my under eye problems, and each one leaves something to be desired. This one works pretty good, it stays pretty well and blends well. It did a number on my age spots, my blemishes, and my dark circles, which are my biggest problem areas. Unfortunately, I didnt notice any de-puffing, which you would expect more of with it being in the name.

This is one of the best concealers Ive ever tried — but I bet it would be even better if I could find a good color match for my skin. I guess my skin isnt one of the common shades so its hard to match in drug store products. That being said, this concealer is very smooth and the applicator feels amazing under my eyes — its like a mini facial! It helps keep my other makeup out of my lines and pores too, which was an unexpected benefit.

I really wanted to like this — I am such a big fan of Covergirl products. But I found this concealer to be too watery and transparent to be any real help. I had such a hard time putting it on, and it was really greasy when I did. Maybe Im doing it wrong or something — I dont understand why my experience was so different from everyone else. But until I figure out what the difference is, I will not be recommending this Covergirl De-Puffer to anyone.

For the price, this concealer works really well. It only takes a tiny bit, though — if youre not careful youll end up with way too much product. I have to do some layering, too, since the color is really subtle, but for the price I wasnt expecting an all-in-one solution. I mostly use this on my lighter coverage days, because I have a more expensive product for my worse days. Overall, this isnt bad, and I will probably buy more.

This is far from the best concealer Ive ever used, but it did get the job done. The tip feels different than I expected — its actually cold, which helps with puffiness. Not as drastic as some, but its a lot cheaper than other products so Im not worried. It blends easily (but not with the applicator). It doesnt exaggerate my lines or pores either, which most liquid products do — and this is very liquidy. I put a little on my eyelids to help with puffiness there, too. The color selection is good for me — they had a shade that didnt make me look like a ghost. Always a plus!

This stuff smells kind of like cucumber, which was a surprise — and I really like it. The metal applicator feels cool and soothing, but Im not sure if it actually does anything or if its just marketing hype. It has very light coverage, so if you need more than that this isnt the right product for you. Some days I have to use regular concealer over the top or underneath this one, but I love the way it smells and the way it feels on my skin.

I was trying really hard to come up with a downside to this concealer, but Ive been using it for a couple weeks and I havent found any cons yet. As long as you know how to blend it, apply concealer properly, and definitely how to match concealer to your skin tone — this product does everything its supposed to. I havent had any issues with clumping, streaking, or my dark circles popping back through. Its not the cheapest product out there but if you care about your makeup you want the stuff that works!

This is a very light concealer and nothing else. If you dont have a lot of problems to work on (maybe you just need a little brightening) it will work fine, but it didnt do anything for my puffiness and it didnt seem to help with my dark circles. I do like the way it feels on my skin, though, which is why I gave it two stars — but The De-Puffer is not the best choice of name for this concealer.

Then again, I havent used their products in years so maybe Im just behind. I was so surprised at how well this worked (especially considering my low expectations) and it didnt cause any irritation or breakouts. It is easy to apply, and it blends well with a makeup sponge or your fingers.

I was shocked to find out that the de-puffer actually works on my puffiness, but I noticed a problem with it. It seems like whenever I use it to help with my puffiness (instead of using a makeup sponge when I just need some color correction) my eyes look older the next day — almost like there are extra wrinkles. Im still young, so I dont want a product thats going to accentuate the age on my face. I wont be buying it again but it might be good for people who dont have problems with wrinkles.

I was recommended to try this De-Puffer Eye Concealer by another mom on my sons baseball team. We both have tired eyes, and with my light skin, any dark circles are super noticeable. The metal end is cold, but I think its supposed to be. I remember youre supposed to use cold spoons to help with dark circles and this seems a lot easier than doing that. Im so glad that other mom recommended this to me, and I will be buying more in the future!

The formula is really smooth and it doesn’t settle into my lines or clog my pores. Thats a good thing, in my book. (I hate makeup that looks like youre wearing makeup.) I used it on my eyelids to help hide the dark veins and it worked great for that. It helps if you use your fingers though — the applicator is not a good applicator. It should be a separate tool but then again it wouldnt be any better than a cold spoon if you did it that way. I wouldnt buy it again, just because I have other concealers that I use on my eyelids already.

I love the De-Puffer from CoverGirl! I have been a CoverGirl fan for as long as I can remember and this product fit right in with the rest of my makeup. It goes on very smooth (but you do have to blend it in with a sponge after applying — nothing new there) and it covers pretty well for how thin it is. I have definitely seen a change in my puffiness, too, which is why I originally picked this one. I will definitely be buying it again when I start to run low.

Covergirl De-Puffer Under Eye Concealer is one of the best Ive ever used. Its important that you dont use too much though — which is hard because it comes out really fast. Not only will you be throwing your money away if you use too much, but less is definitely more and you wont look your best if youre caking on too much makeup. But when you use just the right amount (about the tip of your pinky, or less) this covers surprisingly well and blends easily. It stays smooth and stuck in place, too — and Ive already gotten a couple of my friends hooked on it.

Every makeup I have ever tried, I used the lightest color they had. I have really fair skin. This one, the fair color was way off compared to my skin tone — it looked more orange/pink than the creamy color I was expecting. Since this was already the lightest shade, I dont think theres a shade that will work for me. I was really excited about this, too, since I have problems with my dark circles — but this didnt look good with my skin tone.

This concealer is thin and it didn’t cover very well. I did like the instructions said — rub it in under my eyes for 30 seconds per eye — and then I even let it sit for about 20 minutes just to see if I would like it more. Well, I didnt. It immediately stuck to every little wrinkle I had and made them way more noticeable. I dont think Ive ever hated a makeup product as quickly as I hated this one.

I absolutely love this concealer. It got rid of my puffiness on the first try, and it helped with some of my other sensitive skin issues (in terms of things I needed to cover). The thin formula feels like it wont gunk up my pores, which is great — especially in the sensitive eye area. I would recommend this highly to anyone whos looking for a light concealer to use under their eyes. Im not sure if it could be used anywhere else, but for the low price, its good even if I can only use it under my eyes.

I had no problems with creasing or caking that I usually have with concealer, but I think thats because its so thin. I would have preferred a little thicker, more like a cream. If you use too much it gets runny very fast — and the applicator makes it easy to accidentally put too much on. The metal tip is definitely the selling point, though — I love the way it feels. Its like the cucumbers they use at the fancy spas, but in a makeup. It covered better than I expected for how watery it is though.

I love Olay and CoverGirl so I was really excited to see that this product was made by both companies. I think I might have over-hyped it in my head, though, because I didnt see anything spectacular. The tip for the depuffing doesnt really help you smooth the makeup in, so that was a disappointment. I still had to go back with my fingers. The concealer is pretty thin, too, so its not going to give you good coverage on raccoon eyes. I recommend another Covergirl concealer — they have so many options that were more impressive than this one.

This is my new go-to concealer! The applicator is something special by itself. The metal tip makes it feel super soothing to my face, which is great after a long night. (Hint: The cold metal is what makes it soothe the puffiness… So you need to keep it cool!) It does settle into creases if you dont use the right primer and powder with it, but these are steps you shouldnt be skipping anyway. The color helps to hide my flaws and I even use it to help highlight and contour sometimes!

Overall, its not bad, but I would have preferred it do what it says it would.

I would still buy it again, but I wish you didnt get so much when you squeeze it — its hard not to waste when it comes out so fast!

Not very often do I try a makeup product that gives me instant results — I usually tend to try to get rid of the problems instead of just covering them up. But the metal applicator that comes with this De-Puffer Concealer is good for instantly reducing puffiness. It works just like the cold spoon trick, but with makeup too! I did have to put it on pretty thick to get the concealer effects, but once I found out just how much I needed to use the results were beautiful.

I like this concealer a lot. CoverGirl is one of the big names in the industry for a reason. This stuff goes on well and stays on — which is important to me. I dont have time to keep fixing my makeup all day, and if your products dont stay in place you look terrible after just a couple hours. Anyway, I researched all the different purchase options and I found out this is actually a very reasonable price for this one — I will be buying more!

Living in Hawaii, its hard for me to find the products I want since a lot of them just arent sold over here. I was pleasantly surprised by this product as well as Covergirl customer service. The product had a really good feel, and it didnt have a strong smell to it. I did notice if I use too much it breaks me out a little, but thats pretty common with all makeup so I was expecting as much.

At my age, it doesnt really matter how much sleep I get, Im going to wake up with dark puffy bags. I was so excited to try the CoverGirl De-Puffer because I was hoping it would help. Well, it did! The metal tip feels really cool against my skin and I find that it does a good job giving the look of a lift without the risks of surgery. (Of course, its not as dramatic of a lift, but no needles!) It glides on really well and it blended in nicely with my other makeup. Love it!

This is a very wet concealer, so for those of you looking for something thicker, youre not going to be happy with this. I happened to need a moisturizer, though, so I think this helps with that. Its lightly tinted — not exactly a concealer as far as Im concerned — but it has cucumber extract in it which is supposed to help with puffiness. Since it has the cucumber in there, Im not sure why the metal applicator tip was included. It makes it look fancy, and it feels cool on my skin, but it really got in the way of applying this concealer.

The cool metal tip is supposed to help with puffiness — I dont know if Id say it does that, and actually it felt really weird because the shape is not something I like. I wanted to like it. It says youre supposed to rub it along your eyes for 30 seconds, but with how fast the makeup comes out, you dont really want to do that. It worked good as a medium coverage concealer, but I will definitely be using a makeup sponge from now on. I also like that theres a metal rod that helps keep the tip from getting clogged — more products need this! So it gets a second star for that. Its not bad, but its not worth the hype.

I really didnt have the highest hopes for this — Im not great with makeup and I have tried a lot of concealers that just didnt look good on me. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the De-Puffer. I think that the de-puffing tip actually helps it to not settle into your lines (which is one of my problem areas) and also it matched my skin tone quite well. I can actually use this without a bunch of makeup, too, which is great because I prefer the natural look.

The Covergirl De-Puffer Under Eye Concealer matched my skin tone flawlessly. It applied really easily too, which is important, and I found that the cool tip helps with my puffy eye bags (but you have to be careful not to squeeze the tube — I found that one out the hard way!). This is a great product at an even greater price, and I will be buying more in the future.

I tried Covergirl The Depuffer under eye concealer expecting Covergirls usual quality — Im a big fan. Unfortunately I didnt like this product, it had practically no coverage. There is very little pigmentation to this, so it works better if you use it with another concealer (which kind of defeats the purpose). Maybe my hopes were just too high… I didnt like it and I wont be buying it again.

I am absolutely astounded at how well this product works, for a drug store brand. I usually get my concealers from the department store and they would charge so much more for this much coverage — Im so glad I found a cheaper option! This did a great job at covering my age spots and other minor blemishes. Ive already bought another one, and I have recommended it to a few ladies in my bingo club.

The metal tip feels really cool, and the concealer itself is really light — so it feels great, but it doesnt cover very well. If you need anything more than a light coverage, you would do better to get something else. Its not bad, but its not a miracle cure — if youre not expecting miracle results, feel free to give it a shot and see how it works for you. I wont be buying it again.

This is Covergirl and Olay — two of the biggest names in beauty — so you know its going to be good. The only thing I didnt like was the applicator — its pretty much worthless and ONLY helps with puffiness. It is not a good makeup applicator. (Think of trying to put on concealer like it was lip gloss. Its obviously not going to work very well.) As long as I use it separately, it works perfect as a concealer though — I just wont be buying it again because the focus is on the applicator tip… Which I hated.

This goes on a lot smoother than some of the other stick concealers, and the metal tip feels good against my eye area. But thats about the end of what I liked about it. It doesnt help with my dark circles, I still have to cover those with a different concealer. And I dont think it did anything for my fine lines and wrinkles. I guess thats my fault though, because thats not what its supposed to be for — I was just hoping it would help.

This product is really sheer, which some people may love, but I didnt. I have more mature skin that makes me look like I have dark circles, and the thin consistency of this concealer didnt really help for me. I need a much thicker cream for my eyes. I tried to give it a shot though, and to my surprise I actually got complimented on my eyeshadow (which never happens). I probably wont buy it again, but if you are used to a thinner consistency and more subtle coverage, this product did seem to help as the day wore on.

This concealer was wonderful, with a very good price. Maybe its not the best out there but for the price you cant pass it up — I know I wont. Ill be getting some more soon, and I will tell all of my friends who are shopping on a budget. I think it matches up pretty well with some of the more expensive brands. It is Covergirl, after all!

I am always looking for a new concealer to try, so I figured I would give this Cover Girl De-Puffer a chance. I chose the wrong color for my skin, so that didnt help with my results — I would like to try it again with a lighter shade to see if it does a better job. I didnt notice as much creasing as I had with my old concealers, but I didnt really notice much else either.
